Washing at 30%, no bleaching.
Spin at low speed.
Ironing no more than 110%.
Tumble dryers are not recommended.

● Usually, for the regular order, our proccess of preparation before the shipment will take 3-5 business dayss, no more than that.
For the custom orders preparation time will vary, but we'll discuss that in convos.

For the worldwide delivery we use UPS, USPS, and express delivery FedEx, DHL .

Cancellation is possible only for 12 HOURS after you've made an order.

We pay taxes from each and every transaction automatically, when customer makes an order, so that 10% of money can not be refunded.

We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
We won't be making any refunds in a cases where you gave us incorrect address & the package simply was shipped in a black hole.
However, if the package will not be lost or stolen and we'll be able to get our product back in a perfect condition - refund is possible, but without the shipping costs and minus 10% of taxes.

Express Shipping is possible, but in our country, it costs around - from 9,99 till 29,99 $ for the 3-5 days shipping time.
